摘要
早期的黄精炮制研究主要集中在消除刺激性、降低或消除毒性、改善临床疗效等方面,现代炮制中增加了炮制对节省时间、成分变化、药理作用、临床疗效等方面的考察,因此关于黄精炮制的报道也逐渐增多,从众多研究报道中也发现了不少存在的问题。如有关蒸、烘次数及时间的争议较大,复蒸法和单蒸法所得药材的质量和临床疗效缺乏论证;黄精成分十分复杂且各成分具有不同的生物活性和药理作用,却仅以黄精多糖为标准的评价体系不够严谨;不同炮制方法所得药材的临床疗效差异不明确;各地区各民族使用不同的炮制方法,缺乏统一的质量标准;根据对相关文献的分析,笔者认为应加强黄精炮制的系统研究,建立系统而科学的质量控制标准和评价体系;应加强黄精的综合利用研究和产品深度开发研究,实现黄精资源的充分开发利用。
There have been many processing studies on Rhizoma Polygonati, mainly elimination of irritation, reduction or elimination of toxicity, improvement of clinical efficacy. In the modern processing, more processing studies are added, such as saving time, composition change, pharmacological action and clinical efficacy. So the research and report about the processing of Rhizoma Polygonati has gradually increased, and many problems have been found from the reports. There is considerable controversy of frequency and time on steaming and baking, and it is lacking on the experiment of the quality and clinical efficacy of medicine from double steam method and single steam method. The compositions of Rhizoma Polygonati are very complex and they have different biological activities and pharmacological effects, so the evaluation system is not rigorous with a standard in polysaccharide only. The difference of clinical efficacy of medicines from different processing methods is not clear. It is lacking on the uniform quality standard for using different processing methods in various regions and various nationalities. According to the literature analysis, the author thinks that the systematic research of processing should be strengthened, and the systematic and scientific quality control standard and evaluation system should be established. The comprehensive utilization of and deep product development should be strengthened to achieve the full development and utilization of Rhizoma Polygonati.
