摘要
流感是由流感病毒引起的,流行于动物和人类中的急性上呼吸道疾病,具有高度的传染性和病毒性。由于流感病毒抗原性易发生变异,许多抗病毒药物难以发挥作用,中医药治疗强调整体观念和辨证论治,具有更广泛的适应性。文章综述了近几年抗流感病毒的中药复方,对经典中药复方体内、外抗流感病毒作用及其机制进行阐述,分析中药复方在抗流感病毒方面具有的独特优势和发展前景。
Influenza is caused by influenza virus, which is an acute upper respiratory tract disease rage in animals and humans, charactered with highly infectious and viral. Due to influenza virus nucleic acid mutate easily, many antiviral drugs is difficult to play a role. Treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has wider adaptability because it emphasizes holistic concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. We reviewed the TCM compound prescriptions that have been proven to effectively inhibit influenza virus in recent years, and clarified the underlying mechanisms of classical compound prescription against influenza virus in vitro and in vivo. In addition, we analyzed the unique advantages and development prospect of TCM compound prescription in the respects of anti-influenza virus.
