摘要
脊髓损伤发生率高,治愈率低,目前尚未有理想的治疗方法。脊髓损伤后的病理反应十分复杂,众多相关基因的异常表达是其中的一个重要机制。益气活血法是中医学治疗脊髓损伤的一个重要治法,临床应用广泛,在治疗脊髓损伤方面有可靠疗效。近来,已有不少学者对益气活血法在调控脊髓损伤后相关基因表达的方面进行实验性研究,并取得显著成果。文章从基因表达的调控方面总结益气活血法治疗脊髓损伤的作用机制,为脊髓损伤的治疗、研究提供新思路和新方法。
Spinal cord injury is a disease of high incidence and low cure rate without any ideal treatment. Pathological reactions after spinal cord injury are very complex, and the abnormal expressions of many related genes may be one of the important mechanisms. Method of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation is one of the important treatments of spinal cord injury in traditional Chinese medicine, which has been widely used and proved to be effective in the treatment of spinal cord injury. Recently, many scholars have carried out a lot of studies in this filed and acquired notable achievements. The paper summarized the mechanism of the regulation of method of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation after spinal cord injury in the related gene expressions to provide new thoughts and new methods for the treatment and study of spinal cord injury.
