摘要
各脏腑皆有气血阴阳,然鲜有系统论及肝虚者,再及肝之气虚、阳虚则更少矣。贾英杰教授认为,正气内虚是癌瘤发生发展的内在因素,其中肝虚证为临床所常见,且易被忽略。文章就"血亏体不充"与"气衰用不强"两个方面,阐述贾教授对恶性肿瘤肝虚证的认识与治疗特色,以期与同道共享。
Each of the zang-fu viscera has qi, blood, yin and yang.However, there is little systematic exposition of liver deficiency, and systematic exposition of deficiency of liver qi and yang is less.Professor JIA Ying-jie thinks that deficiency of healthy qi is the intrinsic factor for the occurrence and development of cancer, of which, liver deficiency syndrome is very common, but easy to be ignored.In terms of ‘body anaemia inadequate' and ‘qi failure in not strong' two aspects, this paper illustrates professor JIA's understanding treatment characteristics of the malignant tumors with liver deficiency syndrome in order to share with fellows.
