摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗结直肠癌术后肠麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将88例患者随机分为观察组46例和对照组42例。对照组患者术后给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度及肠梗阻恢复情况。结果:对照组有效率为71.4%,观察组有效率为89.1%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后疼痛评分明显低于治疗前,且治疗后2周改善幅度更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),与同期对照组比较,差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间明显快于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗结直肠癌术后肠麻痹,临床疗效确切,可以缓解病痛,改善症状,提高生存质量。
Objective：To observe the clinical euralive effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on colorectal cancer postoperative intestinal paralysis. Methods： Eighty-eight patients with colorectal cancer postoperative intestinal paralysis were randomly divided into the observatiml group and the control group, with 46 and 42 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment, while the ones in the observation group were added Chinese medicinal herbs based on the treatment of the conhrol group. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects,pain degrees and recovery of in- testinal obstruction were observed. Resuhs：The effective rate of the control group was 71.4% , while that of the observation group was 89.1% ; And the differenee hetween them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the pain score of the observation group was obviouslv lower than that hefore the treatment;And the improved degree alter 2 weeks＇ treatment was more obvious;And all the differenees between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group at the same time,all the differences between them also had statistical significance （P 〈0.05 ）. Bowel sounds recovery time,exhausting time anti defecation time were all faster than those of the control group; And all the differences between them had statistical signif- icance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Comhined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on coha＇ectal cancer postoperative intestinal paralysis,can relieve pain,improve symptoms and enhance quality of life.
