基于聚羧酸高效减水剂的抗泥泵送剂的研究

摘要 本文选取季铵盐类黏土稳定剂和其他两种传统抗泥组分,进行水泥净浆单组份试验和混凝土正交试验,确定最佳抗泥配方。聚乙二醇、D-环糊精、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵分别作为吸附组分、络合组分、黏土稳定组分,分别占胶凝材料0.05‰、0.025‰、0.075‰。本配方配制的抗泥泵送剂与同成本泵送剂相比,能显著降低混凝土流动性损失,同时不影响混凝土强度。 In this paper, quaternary ammonium salt clay stabilizer and other two traditiona anti-clay components were selected to do cement paste one-component experiment and the orthogona experiment of concrete to determine the best anti-clay formula. Polyethylene glycol, B-cyclodextrin dimethyl ammonium chloride were used as adsorbent component, complex components, clay stabilizing component, accounting for cementitious materials 0.05%o, 0.025%o, 0.075%o respectively. Compared to pumping agent with the same cost, the formulations for anti-clay pumping concrete can significantly reduce the loss of mobility, without compromising the strength of concrete.
