冲击钻孔桩松动爆破技术实践与应用

摘要 冲击钻因其良好的适应性及经济性在桩基施工中广泛使用,在高强度弱风化岩层、孤石及倾斜岩层等复杂地质情形下,钻进速度受到严重制约;为提高冲击钻在特殊岩层成孔效率,缩短桩基施工周期,降低工程成本,结合长昆客运专线Ⅴ标桥梁部分冲击钻孔桩松动爆破应用实践,探讨其爆破参数计算方法,介绍冲击钻孔桩水下松动爆破操作要点,供类似工程参考。 The impact of drilling due to its good adaptability and economy is widely used in pile foundation construction in high strengthweak weathered rock, boulders and tilted strata, complex geological conditions, drilling speed is severely restricted. In order to improve the impact drill in the special rock pore forming efficiency and shorten the cycle of pile foundation construction, reduce the cost of the project, through long Kunming passenger dedicated line V standard part of the bridge impact bored pile of loose blasting practice, discuss the calculating method of blasting parameters, the impact drilling pile water loose blasting operation points, as a reference for similar engineering.
