摘要
针对急倾斜特厚煤层采用水平分层放顶煤开采时,沿煤层顶底板布置的巷道因多数处于软夹层较多的煤体之中而具有复合型软煤巷道特征。位于底板附近的回风巷因完全处于采空区下方,其变形具有地压大变形特征。通过对回风巷变形及支护破坏的观测、测试和评价,介绍了该类巷道采用锚网支护时的成形和维修方法,基本支护和变形部位加固时支护材料及工艺参数的优化细化方法,为类似巷道支护设计及施工提供参考。
Based on sharp inclined super thick coal seam adopting level layering top coal mining, roadway along coal seam roof and floor, existing in soft layer of coal body, with features of compound soft coal roadway, the ventilation roadway was totally under goaf, with large ground pressure and big deformation. Based on the observation, test and evaluation of return air roadway and support damage, the shaping and maintenance methods of roadway adopting anchor net support, the optimization and specification of the support materials and technology parameters during basic support and deformation part reinforcement provided reference for support design and construction in similar roadway.
