凋亡相关基因PDCD5在胃癌组织的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究凋亡相关基因程序化死亡因子5(PDCD5)在胃癌组织的表达情况。方法应用免疫组织化学方法 ,使用鼠抗人PDCD5单克隆抗体,检测60例胃癌组织、60例癌旁组织及20例正常胃黏膜中的PDCD蛋白的表达情况。结果胃癌组织中PDCD5蛋白表达率为35.0%、癌旁组织中PDCD5阳性表达率为63.3%、正常胃组织PDCD5阳性率为85.0%。胃癌组织中PDCD5表达率分别为高分化组53.8%、中分化组47.3%、低/未分化组17.2%。PDCD5在胃癌组织中低表达或不表达,与胃癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的浸润深度以及临床分期无相关性。与胃癌的分化程度及是否伴有淋巴结转移相关。结论 PDCD5蛋白在胃癌组织中表达率低于正常组织,PDCD5在胃癌细胞和胃肿瘤细胞凋亡过程中起到关键作用。
