摘要
用自制起搏钢针及中山医科大学制作的起搏钢丝，采取单极起搏法，对２２例心脏骤停患者，经胸壁紧急心内膜心肌起搏，均获成功，且无起搏并发症。该法操作简便易行，起搏成功率高，克服了以往双极起搏电极粗，需进口，价格贵，易引起心肌出血等并发症。
patients with sudden cardiac arrest underwent transthroracic endocardial monopolar pacing with the steel needle made by ourselves and the steel wire made by Zhongshan Medical University. All patients were paced successfully and no complications were caused. It is considered that the method is simpler, low-cost and better than biopalar pacing.
