降钙素原在慢性肾脏病及透析患者体内的水平 被引量：2

摘要 1975年,降钙素原首先在动物体内被发现[1],Assioct等[2]在1993年首先报道了降钙素原在诊断细菌感染导致的全身炎症反应中有着较好的敏感性与特异性。现阶段,随着糖尿病、高血压等代谢性疾病的发病率增高,慢性肾脏病的患病率逐年上升。最新调查研究发现,我国成年慢性肾脏疾病患者约1.2亿（[3]）。
