摘要
英语教学评价的目的是为了促进学生的全面发展,学生全面发展的核心是人文精神的培养。当前高中英语教学评价存在的主要问题形成性评价没有得到有效的实施,进而导致了人文精神的缺失。通过树立多元化的评价思想、建立和谐的师生关系、结合IRE模式与IRR模式来改进教学评价方式。从而推动高中英语教学评价的知识传授和人文精神培养相互融合,促进学生全面发展。
The purpose of the evaluation of English teaching is to promote student' all-around development, whose core lies in the cultivation of humanistic spirit. One of the main problems in current high school English teaching is the lack of the effective implementation of formative assessment, which consequently leads to the absence of humanistic spirit. The evaluation methods can be improved through the establishment of a diversified evaluation thoughts and harmonious teacher-student relationship, combined with IRE and IRR model. The development of the evaluation will in turn promote the integration of knowledge impartment and humanity cultivation, and therefore contribute to the all-round development of students.
