摘要
随着市场经济的发展,建筑施工企业之间面临着相互竞争的局面。建筑工程在决策和设计的阶段实际消耗的成本非常少,而在施工阶段的成本支出才是整个项目支出最多的阶段。如何在建筑工程施工阶段进行合理的成本管理和控制,论文对此展开了讨论和分析。
