摘要
目的对来本院体检的教职工血尿酸、血糖、血脂(三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)和肝功能(谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶)结果进行分析,为疾病的预防和制定合理科学的膳食结构提供依据。方法对2014年来本院参加职工体检的教职工,进行血尿酸、血糖、血脂和肝功能的测定,并对结果按性别、年龄进行分析。结果男、女各指标差异较大,同性别各年龄组之间也有一定的差异,特别是到中老年之后。同时这些生化指标的异常率也比较的高。结论本校职工体检的血尿酸、血糖、血脂的异常率比较高,特别是男性的血尿酸以及男女的血糖和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的异常率很高。这些指标的异常将会大大增加代谢性疾病发生的危险。因此定期的体检是必要的,同时普及健康教育,提倡合理的膳食以及适当的运动,预防代谢性疾病的发生。
Objective To analyze the results of serum uric acid, blood glucose, blood lipidsand liver function of staff in a universityso as to provide the evidence for the prevention and control of the diseases. Methods The blood uric acid, blood glucose, blood lipid and liver function of the staff in a universitywere measured, and the results were analyzed by sex and age. Results For the above mentioned biochemical indicators, between the male and female, the difference was very obvious, while there was still some difference among different age groups even in the same sex, especially for the middle and old aged people. At the same time, the abnormal rates of these biochemical indicators were relatively high. Conclusion The abnormal rates of blood uric acid, blood glucose and blood lipid of the staff are high, especially for the abnormal rates of the blood uric acid in the male and the blood glucose and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in both male and female.Therefore, the regular physical examination is necessary. At the same time, the popularization of health educa- tion, the promotion of reasonable diet and appropriate exercise are also necessary.
