摘要
目的:探究补肾疏肝汤治疗肾虚肝郁型更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取我院妇产科收治的肾虚肝郁型更年期综合征患者76例,采用随机数字表随机分为2组,每组38例患者,其中对照组38例,给予盐酸帕罗西汀片进行治疗,2周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程;实验组38例,给予自拟补肾疏肝汤进行治疗,2周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。治疗结束后,对比患者的临床疗效及抑郁症状评分,对比患者雌激素水平。结果:1治疗后两组患者各临床症状比较,实验组较对照组改善明显,检测临床总有效率可知,实验组临床总有效率为89.5%,对照组临床总有效率为78.9%,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2治疗结束后,两组患者抑郁症状评分显示,实验组较对照组有明显减少,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3治疗结束后,检测患者E2、FSH、LH等激素水平,结果显示E2水平有明显上升,FSH及LH水平有明显下降,实验组各指标变化较对照组明显,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾疏肝汤可通过调节患者体质,改善肾气不足、肝气郁滞之症,可调节患者体内雌性激素水平,缓解患者抑郁情绪,有效治疗肾虚肝郁型更年期综合征,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore the tonifing kidney soothing liver decoction treatment the clinical curative effect of kidney liver depression type of menopause syndrome. Methods：Our hospital for kidney liver depression patients with climacteric syndrome of 76 cases with random number table were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 38 cases,control group in which 38 cases,give paroxetine hydrochloride treatment,2 weeks for a period of treatment,the treatment of 3 courses;experimental group 38 cases,give tonifing kidney soothing liver decoction treatment,2 weeks for a period of treatment,treatment 3 period of treatment. After treatment,the contrast of the patient’s clinical curative effect and depression symptom scores,compared to patients with estrogen levels. Results：（1）In the two groups after treatment in patients with the clinical symptoms were improved,detection of clinical curative effect,clinical total effective rate was 89.5%,while the control group total effective rate was 78.9%,the results are similar between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）;（2）In the two groups after treatment in patients with depressive symptoms significantly reduce,improved score shows that the experimental group than the control group,the results are similar between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）;end testing patients treated（E2,FSH,LH,such as hormone levels,the result shows that the experimental group E2 levels increased compared with control group,experimental group FSH,LH levels have significantly lower than the control group,the results are similar between the two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Patients with tonifing kidney soothing liver decoction can be adjusted by constitution,qi improve kidney deficiency and liver stasis of disease,patients with adjustable level of estrogen in the body,relieve depression patients,effective treatment for kidney liver depression type of menopause syndrome,worth clinical promotion.
