摘要
目的了解精神分裂症病人的代谢状况,为精神分裂症的临床治疗与用药提供科学依据。方法选取2014年4月山东省精神卫生中心收治确诊的精神分裂症患者43例为病例组,健康体检者38人为对照组。采用病例资料调查、问卷调查、实验室检查获取一般信息及各项检测结果。结果病例、对照组BMI分别为(25.12±4.25)、(24.33±3.24)kg/cm2,高血压患病率分别为(34.88%、18.42%),高血糖患病率分别为6.98%、5.26%(P>0.05);空腹血糖分别为(5.04±0.54)、(4.67±0.66)mmol/L,血脂分别为(TG 2.34±1.34)、(1.59±1.23)mmol/L,TC分别为(4.96±1.36)、(4.57±0.86)mmol/L,高血脂患病率分别为62.79%、34.21%(P<0.05)。高密度脂蛋白分别为(1.07±0.19)、(1.47±0.32)mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白分别为(2.51±0.88)、(2.57±0.66)mmol/L(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症与糖脂代谢异常可能存在相关性。
Objective To understand the metabolic status among the schizophrenic patients,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical treatment and medication of schizophrenia. Methods A total of 43 patients admitted to Shandong mental health center in April,2014 with first episode schizophrenia were in the case group,38 healthy people were in the control group.Through case investigation,questionnaire investigation and laboratory examination,general information and the test results were obtained. Results BMI in the case group and the control group was respectively 25.12±4.25kg/cm2 and24.33±3.24kg/cm2.The prevalence rate of hypertension was respectively 34.88% and 18.42%.The prevalence rate of hyperglycemia was respectively 6.98% and 5.26%.The level of fasting blood glucose in the case group and the control group was respectively 5.04±0.54mmol/L and 4.67±0.66mmol/L.The level of TG in those two groups was 2.34±1.34mmol/L and 1.59±1.23 mmol/L;TC was 4.96±1.36 mmol/L and 4.57±0.86 mmol/L.The prevalence rate of high blood lipid(62.79%)in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group 34.21%(P〈0.05).HDL was respectively 1.07±0.19 mmol/L and 1.47±0.32 mmol/L,LDL was respectively 2.51±0.88 mmol/L and2.57±0.66mmol/L. Conclusion There may be a correlation between schizophrenia and abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism.
