摘要
目的分析研究艾灸防治恶性肿瘤化疗所致骨髓抑制的临床效果。方法抽取2013年3月~2015年3月在我院接受化疗的60例恶性肿瘤患者进行分组研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例,对照组服用鲨肝醇和利血生,观察组采用艾灸,对比观察两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为76.67%,对照组为46.67%,组间比较差异有统计学意（P〈0.05）。结论通过艾灸可有效预防恶性肿瘤化疗导致的骨髓抑制,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of moxibustion on prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor. Methods 60 cases of malignant tumor patients undergone chemotherapy from March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group used batyl alcohol and leucogen, while observation group used moxibustion, to observe the therapeutic effect of patients in two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 76.67%, and the control group was 46.67%, the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion can effectively prevent the bone marrow suppression of malignant tumor chemotherapy, and the effect is remarkable, which has certain clinical value.
