摘要
目的探讨中西医结合在高龄老人一期序贯性双膝关节置换术围手术期护理中的应用。方法将武汉市中医医院70岁及以上行一期序贯性双膝关节置换术的31例高龄老人的围手术期护理资料,对术前术后护理工作程序进行归纳总结,并进行分析研究。结果通过中西医结合护理,患者术前生理、心理皆调整到手术要求状态,术后恢复良好,达到手术预期效果。结论中西医结合应用于高龄老人一期序贯性双膝关节置换术围手术期护理,效果良好。
Objective To study the application of the integrated Chinese- western therapy in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with the first stage sequential double knee arthroplasty. Methods To summarize and analyze the perioperative nursing data of sequential double knee joint replacement in 31 cases of elderly patients over 70 years of age. Results 31 patients with preoperative physiological and psychological adjustment to the state of operation requirements were in good postoperative recovery and achieved the expected surgery target through the integrated Chinese- western nursing. Conclusion Integrated Chinese- western nursing in elderly patients with the first stage sequential dual knee arthroplasty perioperative is obviously better than simple western medical nursing.
