摘要
由于高碳铬铁含碳量高,化学性质十分稳定,采用碱熔-过硫酸铵氧化亚铁滴定法分析耗时较长,不能及时报出分析数据。通过大量实验,建立了碱熔-硫酸亚铁铵快速滴定法分析高碳铬铁中的铬元素,分析过程更加简单快捷。实验证明:该法分析快速、分析结果准确可靠,能够满足日常快节奏生产的分析需求。
Because of high content of carbon and chemical property being very stable,the analysis of high-carbon ferrochromium would take rather long time with alkali fusion- ammonium persulfate iron( ii) oxide titration,and can not give the result in time. Based on large quantity of experiments,the fast alkali fusion-ferrous ammonium sulfate titration method is constructed to analyze the chromium in high- carbon ferrochromium. This method is proved in experiment to be fast,have accurate and reliable result,be able to meet analysis requirement of daily fast rhythm production.
