摘要
目的探讨围术期舒适护理对老年食管癌患者术后并发症及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2007年12月至2010年9月间行手术治疗的122例老年食管癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组61例。观察组患者行围术期舒适护理,对照组患者行围术期常规护理。比较两组患者的术后恢复、心理状态、并发症及护理满意度情况。结果护理后,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著降低。观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分和术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,术后进食时间和术后排便时间均明显早于对照组,引流管留置时间和术后住院时间均明显少于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论围术期舒适护理可显著降低老年食管癌患者术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative comfort nursing on postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods A total of122 elderly patients with esophageal cancer were selected from December 2007 to September 2010,who accepted surgical treatment. Patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 61 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group received perioperative comfort nursing,while those in the control group received perioperative routine nursing. Postoperative recovery,mental state,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results After nursing,self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS） score and self-rating depression scale（ SDS） score decreased significantly in two groups. SAS score,SDS score,postoperative complications rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Postoperative eating time,postoperative defecation time in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in control group,with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Drainage tube indwelling time,postoperative hospitalization time in observation group were significantly less than those in control group,with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Perioperative comfort nursing can significantly reduce postoperative complications rate in elderly patients with esophageal cancer,which can also improve nursing satisfaction.
