还原性铁粉置换法处理化学镀低浓度含镍漂洗水 被引量:1

摘要 采用还原性铁粉置换法处理总镍为7.16 mg/L的化学镀低浓度含镍漂洗水。研究了初始p H、温度、还原性铁粉投加量对废水中镍去除效果的影响,得到最佳工艺条件为:还原性铁粉投加量1.5 g/L,初始p H 9.0,常温(20°C)。在该条件下处理废水30 min,出水总镍可稳定达到GB 21900–2008中总镍<0.1 mg/L的排放标准。这说明采用还原性铁粉置换法处理化学镀低浓度含镍废水可行。反应温度越高,镍的去除速率越快,在实际生产中可根据需要选择不同的反应温度。 The rinse water with a low total nickel content of 7.16 mg/L discharged from electroless plating process was treated by displacement reaction using reductive iron powder. The optimal process conditions obtained by studying the effects of initial p H, temperature and dosage of reductive iron powder on the removal efficiency of nickel in wastewater are as follows: dosage of reductive iron powder 1.5 g/L, initial p H 9.0 and room temperature(20 °C). The total nickel content in effluent is stably less than 0.1 mg/L after treating under the optimal conditions for 30 min, meeting the emission standard of GB 21900–2008. It is feasible to treat electroless nickel plating wastewater containing low content of nickel by the displacement method with reductive iron powder. The removal efficiency of nickel is increased with the increasing of reaction temperature, therefore the reaction temperature can be selected according to the requirement of actual production.
