MnO_2/AMCMB复合电极材料的制备及超电容性能的研究 被引量:1

Study on preparation and properties of MnO_2/AMCMB composite electrode material for supercapacitors

摘要 以KOH活化中间相炭微球(MCMB),通过KOH活化法制备了活性中间相炭微球(AMCMB),并以KMnO_4和MnSO_4为反应原料,用化学沉淀法合成了MnO_2/AMCMB复合材料。采用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)和X射线粉末衍射(XRD)对样品的形貌和结构进行表征。通过循环伏安、电化学交流阻抗、恒流充放电等方法研究AMCMB和MnO_2/AMCMB电极在6 mol/L KOH电解液中,0~1 V的电容行为。结果表明:AMCMB成功地复合了MnO_2;AMCMB电极放电比电容为155.52 F/g,MnO_2/AMCMB复合电极首次放电比电容增大至198.36 F/g。 The mesocarbon microbeads(MCMB) was activated by KOH to prepare the activated mesocarbon microbead(AMCMB),and KMnO_4 and MnSO_4 were used as reaction materials to fabricate MnO_2/AMCMB composite material by chemical precipitation method. The morphology and structure of the products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The capacitive properties of the electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV), electrochemical impedance spectrometry(EIS) and galvanostatic charge-discharge in 6 mol/L KOH aqueous electrolyte, with potential scope of 0-1 V. The results show that:AMCMBs successfully synthesize the composite of MnO_2; the first discharge specific capacitance of AMCMB electrode is 155.52 F/g,while the MnO_2/AMCMB composite electrode's increases to 198.36 F/g.
