摘要
"益肾健脾,涤痰散结"在心脑血管疾病中的应用,源于临床实践,又经过长期的临床与系列实验研究验证、深化,已广泛应用于冠心病心绞痛、心律失常、高血压病、中风等心脑血管疾病临证治疗中。其代表方补肾抗衰片能够明显改善肾虚痰瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者胸痹心痛证候,具有良好的抗氧化、抗酪氨酸硝基化的作用,而活性氧自由基(ROS)和活性氮自由基(RNS)可能是"痰"的物质基础。补肾抗衰片的系列研究,进一步证实了"脾虚生痰,痰瘀互结"是心脑血管病的病理基础,而"益肾健脾,涤痰散结"法具有减轻动脉粥样硬化类疾病的作用,成为指导心脑血管疾病防治的一个重要应用理论。
Application of benefiting kidney and reinforcing spleen and eliminating phlegm and mass method in cardio cerebrovascular disease,rooted in clinical practice and through the experimental study on clinical and series of verification and long-term deepening,has been widely used in coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,arrhythmia,hypertension,stroke and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The representative prescription Bushen Kangshuai Tablet can obviously improve chest pain in patients with kidney deficiency and stagnation of phlegm type of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris pain syndrome. It has good resistance to oxidation and nitration effect. And active oxygen free radical（ ROS） and reactive nitrogen radicals（ RNS） may be the material basis of phlegm. A series of study on Bushen Kangshuai Tablets further confirmed the spleen deficiency and phlegm as well as phlegm and blood stasis is the pathological basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease and benefiting kidney and reinforcing spleen and eliminating phlegm and mass method can reduce atherosclerosis and has become an important application of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
