肌松监测研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 各种肌松检测手段均存在一定弊端,影响普及,国内外学者致力于此方面的研究。综述国内外学者有关肌松监测的研究成果。肌松描计法如肌机械、加速度、肌电、肌音描记法,监测不同肌群如拇内收肌、喉内收肌、膈肌、皱眉肌、眼轮匝肌。合理选择描记方法、监测肌群,有利于客观定量评价肌松效应。
