摘要
大规模的城市轨道交通(以下简称"城轨交通")建设、运营及管理需要信息化手段支撑,但传统的企业信息化建设模式周期长、投资大、涉及系统多、集成和实施难度高。云计算技术的出现以及逐渐成熟的应用模式,使得建设符合城轨交通行业管理需要的云服务成为可能;同时可解决由于城轨交通企业各自建设信息系统导致的资源分散、难以共享,形成信息孤岛和资源浪费等问题;可快速提升行业信息化普及水平,降低整体建设成本。通过分析城轨交通信息化的现状,探讨城轨交通云建设的必要性,提出在行业内采取合作与合资2种建设模式,搭建Iaa S(基础设施即服务)、Paa S(平台即服务)、Saa S(软件即服务)3个层次的城轨交通云服务,以及分阶段实现的云建设思路,为城轨行业在云计算时代加速信息化发展提供借鉴和参考。
The traditional way of applying information technology to business operation takes a long time and greater costs and involves many sub-systems in an urban rail transit enterprise. At the same time, it is difficult to be integrated and implemented. The emergence of cloud computing technology and its gradual y mature application make it possible for the construction of urban rail transit industry management based on cloud services. Cloud services can greatly improve the operation performance of urban rail transit and reduce the overal costs. In addition, it can also solve problems such as scattered resources, information isolated island, resources waste,which al arise from the IT system of traditional urban rail transit businesses. This paper analyzes the current situation of using of information technology by urban rail transit businesses, discusses the necessity of cloud construction for urban rail transportation, and puts forward two construction modes, including co-operation and co-investment, three levels of cloud service including Iaa S(Infrastructure as a service), Paa S(platform as a service) and Saa S(software as a service), and thoughts on the realization of cloud construction.
