摘要
信息技术的快速发展使农业科研单位各项工作都发生了重大变化,要抓住"信息化+"的历史机遇,打造一个独具中国农业科研单位特色、满足各项工作需要的信息化环境。文章结合农业科研的特点,提出构建以3e(e Science科研信息系统、e Service科技推广系统、e Office电子政务系统)为骨干的农业科研单位智慧资源系统,实现信息系统互联互通、信息资源共建共享、业务工作协作协同,为农业科技事业发展提供先进、安全、高效的信息化基础条件和技术保障。
The rapid development of information technology makes work in agricultural scientific research units a major change. We must grasp the historical opportunity of ＂information ＋＂ and create a unique agricultural scientific research information environment with Chinese characteristics to meet the needs of all the work. Combining with the characteristics of agricultural scientific research, it was put forward that to build a wisdom resource system of agricultural scientific research with ＂eScience, eService, eOffice＂ as the backbone, to make information system mutual connected and unblocked, information resources co-constructed and shared, and professional works collaborated, which provides advanced, safe and efficient information basic conditions and technical supports to the development of agricultural science and technology.
