摘要
目的:分析超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合胶原贴辅料治疗皮肤光老化的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年9月-2015年12月在笔者科室确诊的162例皮肤光老化患者,采用超脉冲CO_2点阵激光和胶原贴辅料联合治疗,术后3个月对面部皮肤质地情况进行术前术后对比评定。结果:与治疗前相比,应用超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合胶原贴辅料后3个月,患者在面部细纹、皮肤精致度、毛孔改善和面部色泽方面总有效率为81.51%,不良反应有轻微疼痛及术后红肿结痂,无明显的远期不良反应发生。结论:超脉冲CO_2点阵激光联合胶原贴辅料治疗皮肤光老化安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ultra-pulse CO_2 fractional laser combined with collagen dressing for facial photoaging. Methods Selecting 162 cases of facial photoaging patients from September 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital as the research objects,all patients were treated with ultra-pulse CO_2 fractional laser and collagen dressing. Then the facial skin＇s changes were oberserved and compared after 3 months. Results After combined treatment,the whole effective rate of facial skin＇s changes including facial rhytides, slackness, pores changes, colours and lustres was 81.51%. There was no obivous adverse reaction after therapies except for some mild pain,erythema and scab in the first days. Conclusion The method of ultra-pulse CO_2 fractional laser combined with collagen dressing for facial photoaginglse are curative and safe,it is deserved to popularize in clinical application.
