摘要
通过实验,在其它影响因素等同的条件下,对原子荧光法测定水质砷的过程中硫脲-抗坏血酸溶液的还原作用进行探讨,从而得到硫脲-抗坏血酸的还原效率。研究结果表明:(1)硫脲-抗坏血酸对As具有很强的还原性,当水质中含有大量五价As时,必需加入硫脲-抗坏血酸;(2)标准样品的测定过程中可以不添加硫脲-抗坏血酸;(3)实验得出硫脲-抗坏血酸的还原效率为96.2%-97.1%。
Through the experiment,under the condition of the other factors in fluencing the equivalent,the atomic fluorescence method for determination of arsenic in the process of water quality of thiourea ascorbic acid solution-reduction were discussed,and thiourea ascorbic acid reduction efficiency was studied.The results showed that thiourea ascorbic acid of arsenic had a strong reduction,when the water contained a lot of pentavalent arsenic,must be added into thiourea ascorbic acid,the determination of the standard sample can not add thiourea ascorbic acid,thiourea-ascorbic acid reduction efficiency was between 96.2% - 97.1%.
