摘要
采用顶空-固相微萃取提取黄山野菊花中的挥发性成分,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析其化学成分。结果表明:从黄山野菊花中共鉴定出55种挥发性成分,占挥发性成分总量的79.03%,主要成分为萜类及其含氧衍生物。黄山野菊花中含量较高的挥发性成分有樟脑(23.49%)、桉叶油醇(14.04%)、氧化石竹烯(5.80%)、2-莰醇(4.49%)、莰烯(3.21%)、乙酸冰片酯(2.96%)和1-石竹烯(2.72%)。
The volatile components of Chrysanthemum indieum L. flowers from Huangshan were extracted by using headspace-solid phase micro-extraction( HS-SPME), and then were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS). The results showed that fifrty-five volatile compounds representing 79. 03% of total volatile components were identified,and terpenes and their derivatives were the main components in the volatile components of Chrysanthemum indieum L flowers from Huangshan. The major volatile compounds of Chrysanthemum indieum L. flowers from Huangshan were alcanfor( 23. 49%), cineole( 14. 04%),caryophyllene oxide( 5. 80%),2-camphanol( 4. 49%),camphene( 3. 21%),bornyl acetate( 2. 96%),and l-caryophyllene( 2. 72%).
