摘要
目的:通过基于医嘱分析研发的临床护理智能交互系统(NSIS)解决医院护士站存在的手工重复工作和跨空间沟通问题,为护理部门提供一种准确、可视化、直观的信息显示方式和沟通渠道。方法:从传统的HIS工作站、电子病历EMR和移动护士工作站中自动抓取临床护理信息,将其进行解析、分类、结构化显示,同时集成临床护理中频繁使用的信息模块功能。结果:建立了完全满足目的要求的NSIS,使用该系统的病房撤除了传统的告知交接白板,放弃手工统计护理项目、手工记录物品进出、手写提醒项等,显著减轻了护士工作量。结论:NSIS在医疗信息化趋势中具有实际的建设意义和开发价值,对整个医疗临床护理领域工作模式的转变具有创新性指导作用和实用功能。
Objective： Based on medical order analysis, to research and develop the clinical Nursing Smart Interactive Syste,n （NSIS） tier resolving the practical problems existed in nurses station, providing the displayer of information and communication channel in an accurate, visualized, intuitive way, and reducing the repetition works and span space communication costs. Methods： Clinical nursing information from the traditional workstations of HIS, electronic medical record （EMR） and mobile nursing workstation were autolnatically collected by the NSIS, then displayed for analysis, classification, structure, and integrated the information module functions frequently used in clinical nursing. Results： By using the established NSIS which completely sufficed the objectives, the traditional whiteboard has been removed, manual record of nursing statistics, manual record of materials current, handwritten reminder items, etc. has been abandoned, which reduced the workload of nurses part. Conclusion： NSIS System has practical significance and development value of construction in the whole trend of medical information, and also play an instructive role and practical functions in the entire field of the new style of clinical nursing practice.
