固定化微生物自生动态膜生物反应器处理生活污水研究 被引量:6

The Treatment of Municipal Wastewater by Immobilized Microorganisms Self-forming Dynamic Membrane Bioreactor

摘要 利用固定微生物小球添加到自生动态膜生物反应器中,构建固定化微生物自生动态膜生物反应器,并用于来处理生活污水。研究结果表明,聚乙烯醇(PVA)包埋的固定化微生物小球的投加量为25%,在筛孔48μm不锈钢网与人造丝网组合膜组件的运行下,可使污染物的COD、NH_3-N及TN的去除率分别保持在90%、98%和80%以上。动态膜能在基质膜表面很快形成且能稳定存在,且清洗后恢复较快,原子力显微镜显示,凝胶层的厚度在850μm。该工艺有望在城镇生活污水处理方面有良好的应用前景。 The immobilized microorganism pellets were added into self-forming dynamic membrane bioreactor to build immobilized microorganism self- forming dynamic membrane bioreactor to treat the municipal wastewater. It was shown that when immobilized microorganisms pellet (by PVA) dosage was 25%, under the operation of stainless steel screen with sieve pore of 48μm in combination with the artificial membrane, the removal efficiency of pollutants COD, Ammonia and total nitrogen could remain 90%, 98% and 80%, respectively. A dynamic membrane could be quickly formed on a substrate film surface and could exist stably, and faster recovery after cleaning. Atomic force microscopy showed that the thickness of the gel layer was 850μm, indicating that the treatment process has a good prospect in municipal wastewater treatment application.
