聚砜超滤膜的表面改性技术研究

摘要 研究了PSF超滤膜的优化改性工况,考察了投加TiO_2、SDBS、APS含量和pH对PSF超滤膜改性的影响。结果表明,PSF超滤膜的优化改性工况,TiO_2、APS、SDBS的质量浓度分别为0.40、0.80、5 g/L,pH为2.0。改性膜与原膜相比,其接触角由65.23°降至50.21°,截留率由53.20%升至84.31%,通量衰减率由75.32%降至44.51%,纯水通量恢复率由40.37%升至64.53%。纯水通量由594.5 L/(m^2·h)降至501.4 L/(m^2·h)。膜的亲水性、截留率和抗污染性能等指标均有明显改善,而聚苯胺复合层的加入使得传输阻力增加而导致纯水通量略有降低。 The optimal modifying conditions for PSF ultrafiltration membrane were investigated. The results showed that the optimal PSF ultrafiltration membrane modifying conditions were as follows: the mass concentrations of TiO2, APS, SDBS were 0.40, 0.80, 5 g/L respectively, and optimal pH was 2.0. In comparison with original film without any modification, the contact angle of modified membranes reduced from 65.23° to 50.21°, the rejection increased from 53.20% to 84.31%o, the flux decay rate decreased from 75.32% to 44.51%, the water flux recovery rate increase from 40.37% to 64.53%, the water flux decreased slightly from 594.5 L/(m2·h) to 501.4 L/(m2·h). The flux decrease because of the increase of the transmission resistance, which could be further ascribed to the addition of polyaniline in composite layer. The hydrophilicity, the rejection and fouling resistance performance of modified membrane simproved significantly.
