摘要
目的报道口服可乐治疗巨大胃结石成功实例1例,探讨可乐治疗胃结石的可行性。方法内镜下圈套器切割部分胃结石,使结石内部暴露,有利于充分接触可乐,然后口服可乐1周,并同时服用质子泵抑制剂,胃肠动力剂。结果 1周后复查胃镜,患者胃结石消失。结论口服可乐结合内镜治疗胃结石患者依从性好,经济负担小,疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the feasibility of treating gastric calculus with cola by reporting a case of successful treatment of it with oral cola. Methods Part of the gastric calculus was cut with the application of endoscopic snare to enable the gastric calculus to be fully exposed to cola which was administered as oral formulation for a week; meanwhile, proton-pump inhibitors and gastrointestinal mobility agents were taken. Result The disappearance of the gastric calculus was confirmed by follow-up gastroscopy one week later. Conclusion Endoscopic treatment of the gastric calculus in combination with oral cola is good compliance, affordable treatment fee, and good clinical effects.
