摘要
利用ANSYS建立5000 KN专用摩擦焊机夹具支架的有限元模型,进行静力分析;根据分析结果对其结构进行改进,将改进后的夹具支架结构再次进行静力分析,并比较两次静力分析结果。结果显示:改进后的夹具支架结构质量减少10.1%,达到了既满足强度要求又用料最省的目标。
This paper uses ANSYS to set up the finite element model of the 5000 KN special friction welding machine fixture and makes its static analysis. Based on the result of the static analysis,the optimization method of the fixture structure is proposed. The optimized fixture structure is analyzed again. The results of two analyses are compared. The weight of the optimized fixture can be reduced by 10.1%. It meets the requirements of its strength and minimum material consumption.
