摘要
对小晶粒Y分子筛进行组合改性,并对改性后的小晶粒Y分子筛进行了XRD,BET,SEM,NH3-TPD,27Al NMR,29Si NMR表征。以改性小晶粒Y分子筛为主要裂化组分、金属W-Ni为加氢组分,采用浸渍法制备新型加氢裂化催化剂。表征结果显示,改性后小晶粒Y分子筛试样的结晶度明显提高,晶胞参数呈明显变化规律,硅铝比明显提高,比表面积和孔体积大幅提高,形成了二次孔。实验结果表明,以改性分子筛GX-2为酸性组分,通过等体积浸渍法制得的Cat-2为催化剂,在反应温度360℃、反应压力11 MPa、氢油体积比1 000:1、液态空速1.0 h-1的条件下,柴油中硫含量为26.91 mg/L,十六烷指数56.8,凝点-30℃。
Small crystal grain Y zeolite was modified and then characterized by means of XRD,BET,SEM,NH293-TPD,27 Al NMR and Si NMR. Three hydrocracking catalysts were prepared through impregnation with the modified Y zeolites as acid components and W-Ni as active metal components. The characterization results showed that the crystallinity of the modified zeolites increased,their cell parameters changed regularly,their silica-alumina ratio,specific surface area and pore volume all increased obviously,and secondary pores formed. The experiment results indicated that,under the conditions of Cat-2 as the catalyst with GX-2 as the acid component,reaction temperature of 360 ℃,reaction pressure of 11 MPa,volume ratio of hydrogen to oil of 1 000∶1,LVSH of 1.0 h-1,the sulfur content,cetane index and condensation point of the product diesel were 26.91 mg/L,56.8 and-30 ℃,which showed very good performances.
