基于Lagrange变换的重采样及误差分析

摘要 在故障诊断分析中,为了提高时域转角域的精度以及更加有效地进行故障特征提取,研究了基于Lagrange变换的重采样及误差分析。通过重采样将时域信号转化为角域信号,并结合Lagrange插值的余项公式,对比余项误差与理论误差,得到精度高、工作量小的Lagrange重采样方法。最后将重采样得到的角域信号包络谱与原振动信号包络谱对比,结果表明:重采样后的角域信号包络谱故障特征明显,证明了该方法是有效的。 In order to improve the effectiveness of fault feature extraction about rolling elements bearings and the accuracy of the transmission from time domain to angle domain in analysis of fault diagnosis,the research on the resample and the error analysis based on Lagrange transform was implemented. By combining resample that can switch time domain to angle domain with remainder formula for Lagrange interpolation and comparing remainder error with the theoretical error,the Lagrange resample based method that is high precision and small workload could be obtained. Finally the envelope spectrum from resample was compared with the one of original vibration signal. The results show that the fault feature of the envelope spectrum of angle domine signal is extracted easily,which verifies the method is effective.
