摘要
在经济新常态背景下,高职院校应该根据市场需求的变化,积极探索人才培养模式的改革。宁波城市职业技术学院应用英语专业以语言技能与职业能力为抓手,通过调整课程体系与课程设置、修订人才培养方案和创新教学模式,尝试建立一套体现高职特色的分层分类人才培养模式。
Under the China′s New Normal background,vocational colleges should take some reforms towards talent cultivation mode depended on the changes of economic conditions.The applied English majors in Ningbo City College take the English language ability and vocational skill as the priority and tries to establish a tiered talent cultivation model combined with vocational features.The purpose is to improve current teaching system and realize teaching innovation.
