Energy utilization analysis and energy conservation optimization of commercial S Zorb unit

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司0.9 Mt/a S Zorb装置在设计中采用了加热炉余热回收系统和凝结水低温热利用两种节能措施。根据2015年1至10月平均能耗统计表可以看出,装置97.94%的能耗集中于电、1.0 MPa蒸汽和燃料气的消耗。通过降低再生空气电加热器出口温度,每月可降低约15 000 k W·h电耗;利用RSIM流程模拟软件,对S Zorb装置的进料与脱硫反应部分和产品稳定部分进行了模拟,通过优化装置进料温度和换热网络的措施来考察装置的用能变化情况,得出优化装置进料温度比优化换热网络的措施更实用,进料温度控制在65℃时,装置整体的能耗负荷较低。 In the design of the 900,000 TPY commercial S Zorb unit in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd. , two energy saving measures for furnace waste heat recovery system and the condensate low temperature heat utilization are taken. According to the statistics table of energy consumption from January to October, 2115, the energy consumption of the unit is concentrated in electric power, 1.0 MPa steam and fuel gas. 15 000 kW ~ h power is saved each month by reducing regeneration air outlet temperature of the elec- tric heater; S Zorb' s feedstock, the desulfurization system as well as production stabilization system are simu- lated with the help of simulation software RSIM. It is concluded that optimizing feedstock temperature is more useful than optimizing heat exchanger network. The total energy requirement of the unit is lower when feed- stock temperature is controlled at 65℃.
