摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法分离测定25%氟吗啉·唑菌酯悬浮剂中有效成分含量的分析方法。[方法]使用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-醋酸溶液为流动相,在238 nm紫外条件下测定试样中氟吗啉和唑菌酯的含量。[结果]氟吗啉高效液相色谱分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.4%,标准偏差为0.04,变异系数为0.18%;唑菌酯高效液相色谱分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为97.5%,标准偏差为0.01,变异系数为0.15%。[结论]该方法分离效果好,精密度与准确度高,可同时快速测定氟吗啉和唑菌酯的含量。
[Aims] The HPLC method for the determination of active ingredient in flumorph "pyraoxystrobin 25% SC was established. [Methods] The simultaneous determination of flumorph and pyraoxystrobin in the sample was conducted with C18 column and the mixture solution of methanoi and acetic was used as the mobile phase, while the sample was detected by UV detector at 238 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient of flumorph was 0.9999, the average recovery was 99.4%, the standard deviation was 0.04, and the variation coefficient was 0.18%; the linear correlation coefficient ofpyraoxystrobin was 0.9999, the average recovery was 97.5%, the standard deviation was 0.01, and the variation coefficient was 0.15%. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple, convenient, good separating effect, high precision and accuracy, which can be used in simultaneous determination of flumorph and pyraoxystrobin.
