摘要
目的探究外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在肿瘤护理中的应用。方法回顾性分析2014年5月至2015年5月间收治的120例肿瘤患者的临床资料,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各60例。试验组患者接受PICC,对照组患者接受一般静脉留置针穿刺。比较两组患者术中渗血量、操作时间、保留时间、一次置管成功率、疼痛感、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者术中渗血量减少,操作时间及保留时间均明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组患者一次置管成功率升高,疼痛率降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组患者肢体肿胀、静脉炎、导管阻塞、导管脱出及感染发生率降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组患者护理满意度明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与一般静脉留置针穿刺相比,肿瘤护理中应用PICC临床效果显著,并发症发生率较低,安全性较高,值得推广与应用。
Objective To explore the clinical application of peripherally inserted central catheter（ PICC） in cancer care. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015 in The Second People’s Hospital of Dongying,120 tumor patients were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,60 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group accepted PICC,and those in the control group accepted general intravenous indwelling needle puncture. The blood volume,operation time,retention time,success rate of catheter,pain,complications and patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,blood loss,operating time and keep time of the experimental group were significantly shorter,with significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05 for all）.Compared with the control group,success rate of catheter in the experimental group was higher and pain rate was greatly reduced,with significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05 for all）. Compared with the control group,limb swelling,phlebitis,catheter obstruction,catheter emerge and infection rates of the experimental group were lower,with significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05 for all）. Compared with the control group,satisfaction rate of the experimental group was obviously higher,with significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Compared to peripheral vein in general intravenous indwelling needle puncture,PICC could achieve good nursing effect,low complication rate abd high security. It is worthy of popularization and application.
