半髋和全髋置换治疗老年GardenⅢ～Ⅳ股骨颈骨折的比较分析被引量：1

摘要选取2012年1月~2014年5月来我院就诊的70岁以上股骨颈骨折患者78例,分为半髋组42例和全髋组36例。半髋组采用半髋关节置换术;全髋组采用全髋关节置换术。比较两组患者的平均手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、医疗费用以及Harris评分情况。结果全髋组患者Harris评分上略优于半髋组但无统计学差异（P〉0.05）;半髋组患者在平均手术时间、术中出血量和医疗费用优于全髋组,两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。全髋置换术和半髋置换术对老年股骨颈骨折近期疗效差异不大,但半髋置换术中失血量少,手术时间短,医疗费用低,对老年GardenⅢ~Ⅳ股骨颈骨折更为适合。
