摘要
结合吉隆坡Ampang轻轨项目特点,对传统的无砟道床施工技术进行对比分析,提出了一种新型的长钢轨直铺法施工无砟道床技术。详细介绍了采用该技术需要投入的特殊设备(钢轨支撑调整系统)及组装的流程,从工序及设备投入方面与传统的无砟道床施工工艺进行比较,分析了该技术的优点。长钢轨一次铺设无砟道床施工技术尤其适合道床断面复杂、曲线半径小且施工环境条件困难的城市轨道交通工程。
Based on the characteristics of China Harbor light rail extension project at Ampang of Kuala Lumpur,the traditional construction technology of ballastless track bed is comparatively analyzed,a new construction technology of ballastless track bed in long welded rail direct laying is put forward.The special equipment( rail support adjustment system) and assemble procedure of this technology are described in detail,which are compared with the traditional technology of ballastless track bed construction and the technical advantages are analyzed. This technology is specialy suitable for urban rail transit with complex cross sections,small curve and difficult construction environment.
