摘要
目的观察复方消化酶联合莫沙必利对老年人功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将128例符合FD罗马Ⅲ标准的老年FD患者随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组64例单独给予莫沙必利,观察组64例联合给予复方消化酶与莫沙必利,疗程同为6周。分别观察治疗前后餐后饱胀感、早饱、上腹疼痛、上腹灼烧感等临床症状积分、临床疗效、胃排空功能及药物不良反应。停药4周后,观察FD患者复发率。结果治疗6周后,观察组临床症状积分显著较对照组增高(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为75.00%,观察组总有效率为90.63%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组胃半排空时间(GET1/2)显著较对照组缩短(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组和对照组都没有发生明显不良反应;对照组复发率为43.75%,观察组复发率为18.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方消化酶联合莫沙必利治疗FD效果好且安全性较高,值得大力推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound digestive enzymes combined with mosapride in treatment of aged patients with functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods 128 aged patients with FD meeting Rome III criteri- on were evenly randomized into the control group and the observation group. The control group were treated with mosapride only, the observation group were treated with digestive enzymes and mosapride at the same time. Both groups underwent a six - week course. Changes of symptom scores of postprandial fullnessm, early satiation, pain and burning in upper abdomen were observed before and after the treatment. The therapeutic effect, the liquid gastric half emptying function （GET1/2） and the adverse reactions were observed after the treatment. The recurrence rate was recorded after stopping meditation for 4 weeks. Results The score of clinical symptoms was significantly higher than the control group after the treatment （P 〈 0. O1 ）. The total effective rates of the control group and observation group were 75.00% and 90. 63% , respectively, showing statisticial difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. GET1/2 of the observation group was shortened significantly compared with the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No severe adverse reaction appeared in all cases. The recurrence rate of the control group was 43.75 % and 18.75% in the other, showing statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Digestive Enzymes may be used to pro- mote the therapeutic effects on FD in aged patients on the basis of mosapride.
