超音速电弧喷涂制备NiTi混合涂层的空蚀性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用超音速电弧喷涂技术在0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢表面分别制备了NiTi涂层和NiTi/NiAl混合涂层。采用扫描电镜分析了涂层的组织形貌,用X射线衍射分析了涂层的相结构,并对两种涂层空蚀性进行了对比。结果表明:NiTi/NiAl混合涂层较NiTi涂层组织更加均匀,抗空蚀性能优于NiTi涂层。 NiTi coating and NiTi/NiAl mixed coating were prepared on 0Crl3Ni5Mo stainless steel substance by supersonic arc spraying. The microstructure morphologies of the coatings was analyzed by SEM. The phase structures of the coatings were employed by XRD, and the cavitation erosion of two kinds of coatings was compared. The results show that NiTi/NiAl mixed coating has more uniform microstructure and much better cavitation erosion resistance than that of NiTi coating.
