摘要
本文根据全国三次经济普查的数据,应用DEA方法对中国装备制造业的R&D投入产出绩效进行分析。研究结果表明:中国装备制造业R&D投入产出在制造业中的比重较大,且增长速度较快。但DEA无效且全要素生产率整体呈下降状态,其主要原因在于规模效率无效且呈下降状态。因此,大力提升中国装备制造业的规模效率是中国装备制造业发展的重点。
Using data from the three national economic censuses , DEA method is used to analyse the performance of R＆D input and output of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry . The results show that ：the R＆D input and output of the equipment manufacturing in-dustry in China has a large proportion in the manufacturing industry , and the growth rate is relatively fast . However , the DEA is invalid and the total factor productivity is declining , the main reason is that the scale efficiency is invalid and the state is of decline . Therefore , it should become a priority to improve the scale efficiency of China＇s equipment manufacturing industry .
