摘要
采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法,测定汽车涂料中的铅含量。通过创建数学模型并选择评定方法,对影响试样检测结果的各因素的不确定度进行评定,最后计算出铅含量的扩展不确定度,使检测结果更具客观性和准确性。
The lead content in automotive coatings was determined by microwave digestion and Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry(ICP-OES). By creating a mathematical model and selecting the evaluation method,the uncertainty of various factors affecting the test results was evaluated. Finally,the expanded uncertainty of lead content was calculated,it would make determining results more objective and accurate.
