摘要
为了克服传统码垛机器人示教器结构封闭、操作灵活性差、扩展性差等缺点,设计了一种基于键盘和视频信号远程传输的通用码垛机器人示教器。该示教器不仅能够实现码垛机器人常用的示教操作,而且具有通讯距离远、不依赖控制器的操作系统等优点。实际测试和应用表明,该示教器能高效灵活地完成复杂码垛任务的示教,控制反应迅速、操控效果良好,并且具有很强的抗干扰能力,能够满足工业现场码垛机器人对示教器功能的要求。
In order to overcome the defects of the traditional teach pendant for palletizing robot such as enclosed structure,short communication distance,poor operational flexibility and scalability,a new teach pendant based on keyboard and video signal long-distance transmission has been designed and implemented. The pendant could not only realize the common teaching operation,but also has long communication distance and does not rely on the operating system of the controller. The results of practical test and application show that the teach pendant could finish the teaching of the complicated palletizing tasks effectively and flexibly,react swiftly with strong anti-interference ability,which could meet the requirement of palletizing robot in the industrial field.
