摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟健康教育对初产妇分娩恐惧及分娩自我效能的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将100例定期产检的初产妇分为2组,对照组给予常规产前健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上给予情景模拟健康教育,采用Wijma分娩预期问卷、中文版分娩自我效能量表评价干预效果。结果:干预后,观察组的分娩恐惧、分娩自我效能评分均优于干预前及对照组同期评分(P<0.01)。结论:情景模拟健康教育能有效减轻初产妇的分娩恐惧及增强其分娩自我效能。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of scenario simulation health education on fear of childbirth and childbirth self-efficacy in primiparas. Methods: A total of 100 primiparas who had regular antenatal examination were divided into two groups randomly.The primiparas in control group received routine prenatal health education. In addition,scenario simulation health education was implemented in test group. The effects were evaluated by using Wijma Delivery Expectancy Questionnaire( W-DEQ) and the Chinese Childbirth Self-efficacy Inventory( CBSEI-C32). Results: After the intervention, scores of W-DEQ and CBSEI-C32 in the test group were obviously better than before and better than those in the control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusions: The scenario simulation health education can effectively reduce fear of childbirth and improve childbirth self-efficacy in primiparas.
