摘要
藏医药浴疗法属于藏医外治疗法范畴,是日常洗浴护理与特色藏药治疗的结合,因其独到的藏医学理论、独特的治疗手段和良好的治疗效果,在临床治疗和预防保健中得到了广泛的应用。民族医药本质上属于医学范畴,但具有较多的人文因素,因此对藏医药浴疗法的研究,既要进行藏医学科学研究,又要注意进行藏文化特色研究。医学人类学是用人类学的观点和方法,研究人类的疾病和保健问题及其与生物学因素和社会文化因素的相互关系的一门学科。本文从医学人类学的视角,探索了藏医药浴疗法特色,提出了藏医药浴疗法现代研究中的问题及建议,以期在系统理解藏医药浴疗法的文化内涵基础上,开展具有藏医药文化特色的传承、发展和创新系统研究。
Tibetan medicine bath therapy,a combination of daily bath care and characteristics of Tibetan medicine treatment,was in the scope of Tibetan medicine external treatment,which was widely used in clinical treatment,prevention and health care in accordance with its unique medical theory,special treatment and good curative effect.National medicine in essence is in medical science category.However,because of humanistic factors,studies on the Tibetan medicine bath therapy should embark on both scientific research and characteristics of Tibetan culture.Medical anthropology is a discipline that studied human diseases,health problems,and the relationship with biological factors and sociocultural factors from the perspective of anthropology.In this review,characteristics of Tibetan medicine bath therapy was explored,problems and suggestions in the modern research of Tibetan medicine bath were put forward in the sight of medical anthropology,in order to carry out researches on the inheritance,development and innovation of Tibetan medicine culture on the basis of understanding the cultural connotation of Tibetan medicine bath therapy.
