摘要
以甜瓜种子作为试验材料,研究在不同浓度NaCl溶液(0mmol/L、50mmol/L、100mmol/L、150mmol/L、200mmol/L、250mmol/L)胁迫下甜瓜种子的发芽势、相对发芽率、相对萌发活力指数、萌发幼苗的叶绿素含量及根系活力等相关指标的影响。试验结果表明:甜瓜种子在NaCl溶液浓度≤50mmol/L时,发芽势、相对萌发活力指数、叶绿素含量等各指标与对照相比较差异不显著;随着浓度升高,发芽势、相对萌发活力、叶绿素等指标迅速降低。当NaCl溶液浓度达到200mmol/L时,发芽势等均降为0。由此可见,甜瓜对较低浓度NaCl胁迫有一定耐受性,而高浓度的NaCl胁迫对其有较强的抑制作用,且随着NaCl胁迫的增强,抑制作用增强。
With muskmelon seeds as the test materials,their germination energy and relative germination rate,rela-tive germination vigor index and germination of the seedlings chlorophyll content and root activity and other relatedindicators were studied in different concentration of NaCl solution(0mmol/L,50mmol/L,100mmol/L,150mmol/L,200mmol/L,250mmol/L)stress. Experimental results showed that when the index of Muskmelon seeds in NaCl con-centration was less than or equal to 50mmol/L,the difference between the germination potential,germination,chloro-phyll content of disposing and contrast was not significant. With the increase of concentration,the germination poten-tial,relative germination vigor,chlorophyll and other indicators decreased rapidly. When the concentration of NaClreached 200mmol/l,germination potential and others were equal to zero. Therefore,muskmelon had some toleranceon lower NaCl stress,and higher NaCl stress had stronger inhibition on it,and with the enhancement of NaCl stress,the effect was enhanced.
